Airfix 1:72 RNLI Shannon Class Lifeboat Starter Set - GROUP BUILD

Will watch with Intrest drive past the RNLI HQ/training collage here in Poole most days after dropping the good lady into work ,I'll try to get her to drive home one eve so I can get a drive by photo of the very impressive sculpture outside. Dave

Ground Rules:
  1. Only use materials provided in the box. (glue, paint, and brushes)
  2. Use of primer is allowed
  3. Thinning paint with water is allowed.
  4. No mixing of paint to changes colors
  5. Only one hobby knife may be used
  6. No files or any sanding material
  7. No decal solutions (water only)
  8. No masking
  9. No using of any tools to apply glue. (except for the allowed hobby knife)
  10. No use of filler or putty
I think that's it. Let's go for it!!
Just so I'm clear, if it ain't in the box you can't use it. Thinking of tape to hold things together as we can't use clamps? It does say tape in the destructions... Pantherman

I built the airfix severn class lifeboat ,all I can say is I hope this is a better moulding. To say it needed a bit of filler was an understatement lol
Good luck ,watching with interest if it's any good I may add one to the stash.

Since we are building the kit with only what was supplied in the box I hope the fit is not too awful.
