So ....The Airbrush got fired up this morning ,the chassis got a good couple of coats of ....um Matt black .


Followed by the engine ....I also drilled the pipes out before painting !.. ready for building and details now



I'll let this dry now ,then start with the details ,dirt & rust ;D



Lots of body work to get sorted now ....

Roger ,Thanks mate ,yes I used to use soft drinks cans ,they work just the same , Its just I got a good supply of litho ...so I make use of it .!

Hey Chris what about pie tins, or other food Alu trays ??!! That's what I usually use.

Of course Rob ...make use of what you got ..I say !! ;D ,some food trays /pie trays can be a bit thicker than the alu cans tho ,but it depends what you want I suppose ,but if you can use it ...why not !

Few more pics. I got the wheels painted ,work is continuing on the engine and I just mocked up here to check the rear wheel arches ..which still need a bit more shaping !!
