Darth Vader's "Refit" TIE Fighter

Got the cockpit hatch done last night.

I wasn't how to scribe a circle without a template, but it turns out that the opening in the top section of the hull is a perfect fit.
Tape the hatch to the inside of the ship, and voila!

The molded shapes at the top aren't symmetrical.
I patched it, but you might want to sand the entire piece smooth and re-build it.

I've been tempted to chuck it in the bin, but I remembered how much it's taught me.
It's like bootcamp. If you make it to the end, there's no obstacle you can't overcome.

These micro-chisels look promising for cutting out windows, but I've never heard of this company before.
