First model in 42 years. How time flies!

Hello! I just discovered this site today in my quest for fun, accuracy, and advice on getting back into modeling after 42 years away. Here is my first model Just started the 1/700 Hasegawa IJN Akagi for my next project. Thank you!

I have been out for a lot of years myself. I was doing HO model railroading and it got so expensive I gave that up then I ran across and a 1/25th scale model
ford F150 and bought if and I am still working on it very slowly. I had to buy a lot of new tools and things and I am 80 years old so it is taking me a lot of time to get it even cvlose to paint. Hang in there the plane is great.
