How do you store your PE templates?

I've accumulated quite a collection of photo etched scribing templates in various shapes and sizes. When I had just a few, it was easy to find the one I wanted. That is no longer the case. If you throw them loose in a box, the one you are looking for is always at the bottom. Something like a magnetic sheet/board would be nice if they were ferrous material, but they are generally brass or SS.

Any clever ideas to keep these organized and handy?

Do you have a table saw or sliding miter saw ?
I would slice some parallel grooves into a block of wood with a thin kerf blade ,
they can sit in there on edge .

I just use a filing system. Label your folders, put in the templates and file in a brief type file box or accordion type. Bingo bango, you have them sorted and can carry them anywhere you need to go.

If you try the slot solution, just remember to make 'em far enough apart to get your thumb and forefinger in there to pull the template out!

I like the photo binder sheet idea because I have had problems with humidity affecting my brass PE.
I use a letter organizer box. Most of my PE is sent in letter size envelopes so I keep them in the envelope and I file them by scale and model type. I will write on the envelope what is missing off a fret, like certain radars or other items.
