How does it feel to have a one-of-a-kind build on your bench?
Very cool.

Pretty good, but to be honest what feels really good is about being finished with this.

I did finish assembling and painting it. The colors are somewhat up[ in the air. I did quite a bit of research and wasn't really able to get a solid confirmation on anything. The trailer was likely French Gray, but it's kind of anybody's guess what color the truck was. The only pictures of a real Knox tractor have it painted green, but I don't know if the paint is original. Knox painted most of thier stuff green in the early days so that was my guess. The only thing you can really tell in the pictures is typically the truck is quite a bit darker that the trailer, so I'm guessing they weren't both light gray.

At any rate here's the Assembled and painted models.

My plan is to put this in a diorama, but I need to decide on the diorama setting before I weather the truck and trailer. This Schnieder CA-2 is the load I'm planning on using, though I considered my FT-17.

Wow! Tractor and trailer turned out awesome.
Hope you'll post some pics if you get around to doing a dio!
Don't know if I missed it, but what was the little trailer for? Tandem loads, or more versatility in hitching to different vehicles?
