Got the markings done, finally.
Mostly been neglecting this poor girl while other things take up my time.
I used a decal from SSM for the pentagon, and painted the black stripe by hand
After giving her a coat of semi-gloss as a sealer, I did a little weathering/detailing.
Did some selective black wash work on the engines, vents, and guns.
Then I drybrushed many of those same areas with Vallejo smoke to add in the weathering.
The last thing I did was paint up the "eye" scanner and install it.
To get the effect I was shooting for, I gave the inside a coat of red ink. Then I painted a spot of white behind that.
With the white on, I painted a little red on either side, followed by black.
