I was never a fan of Volvo until I bought my wife a Polestar. They are very nice machines.

Yes we saw them in the UK as utilitarian for decades, until Tom Walkinshaw raced the big Volvo Estate and Saloon. More recently as we see the much smaller S40. Now we have a new tranche of EV's out of the Volvo and Polestar brands under their Chinese owners.
