Plymouth Belvedere / Adam-12 Police Car

I'm just about finished! I added a make-shift radio under the dash and repaired the hood.
I also did a test with the floor wax on a bit of red styrene, which turned out great!
I got the wheels attached to the chassis.

The effects of floor wax. Most likely I will spray another coat on tomorrow as it has a bit of Orange Peel on some areas.
I applied it at 10psi

This turtle is still in the race. :p :D
I added an AM radio along with the police radio. I just used a 005 pen to draw them on.
I added another coat of wax and the blemish in the hood is barely noticeable.
Ill probably wait till after the weekend since I'll be working Saturday and Sunday 15hrs each day to assemble the body to the chassis then I know the wax will be nice and dry and solid.

Got the thing together eventually. Thought I was on a good run as the chrome parts were going on pretty well, then this happens........
Much swearing and angry face .

So now I have to rub it all down again, 2 black gloss then 3 coats of gloss varnish to get back to where I was several hours ago.

And yes,I i know the bumper is not straight. Pantherman
Well I think I'm done, not the best build but I have learnt alot from this and really enjoyed the company of my fellow modelers as well.

Got to practice my sanding and polishing techniques on a few more car building projects I think. Pantherman

Very nice. I love both builds!

Interior. Got knobs on the police radio, and I could not forget all of the great tunes. So I added the raidio.

Painted the Plymouth badge on the back, the Belvedere still needs a little more work.

It's good to get back to the bench. However, my hands seem a little shaky.

TA DAAAA!
Finally finished. It took longer because I was in the hospital for a week.
But, I'm back and I was able to finish this group build.

I want to thank Pantherman & Golanthius for waiting patiently while so many postpones and issues arose.
Thanks guys!

Impressive. A most enjoyable 3way build. Many more to follow I hope. Pantherman
