The white undercoat makes all the difference.

So this is where I am with the build so far. The motor section is done and light varnish applied. Same with the tail except the various aerials which will be left to the very last. Main body now just needs tidying up and another top coat plus varnish. I'm working on the skids, rear and side doors next but these will be fitted last. Got to size and order the correct decals which may take a while. Pantherman

That pilot reminds me of my first car, i would sit in it and pretend to drive at 15 with radio on. He is like " i got no rotors but the radio works just fine" Looking good.

I seem to have moved onto yellow in my builds, still it's a change from pink..... I thought that the chopper would be the only mainly yellow build but it's surprising how many shades of yellow are in the Victory build. I had better get some sunglasses to save my eyes..... Pantherman

yeah some yellows are horrible, my truck is detinator yellow, im not a yellow person but i love this shade of yellow. You seem to have also chosen a good one.

Very pleased with the vallego liquid mask, it worked a treat. Just a tiny bit of yellow to a couple of window edges.

Now going to start on the rotors while I wait for the custom decals to arrive. Some go behind the doors when open so will have to leave the doors until the end.

Can't wait to see if the rotors will actually spin as I have planned. Pantherman
