After much deliberation I've decided on of my entries will be the fantastic 1/100 Metal Gear REX by Kotobukiya. Been sitting on my shelf since release and I guess nows the time!

Can't wait to get home and crack this open...

Yea it sure is. It felt like it took forever to get just the one leg assembled. Plus is that all that engineering pays off, a lot of the seam lines get hidden by cover panels. At first I was clipping out each piece and carefully cleaning up the nubs only to put it together and realize 90% of the nubs get hidden once the part is assembled. So I'm not being so particular now, once I have it all assembled I'll know what I have to clean up.

BIG jump guys, almost have the kit done! After I did this video I build the railgun, and I'll probably have the Radome done tonight or tomorrow morning.

All these moving parts are making me worry about paint.
