shell cases

hope you guys can help ive got some shell cases i want to paint and im looking for the best paint to make them look real shiny so any help would do

what i did for the Ace Of Spades P-51D Mustang 1/48th scale was used gold on the shell casings, close enough to a brass like color.

alclad? not sure if they have a brass color tough

Alclad does have a polished brass color, but depending on how small the shell casings are....it might be a big PITA to paint them. Even 20mm or 30mm casings at 1/35 are tiny.
