Here are some examples of my Space:1999 Eagle build ups! The feature Air Brushed paint schemes and weathering. Also panel details, although some are decals. Fully lit cockpit...my own rig, Aluminum engine bells and in some examples lit passenger compartments with sliding door and interior details!

Beautiful builds! What did you use on the exhaust bells? That metal finish is great!

Sweet. I'm working on customizing a 1976 Mattle Eagle. It won't exactly be screen accurate, but it will be cool after I'm done with it.

I have a couple of those. One was mine, the other my brothers

Over the many years of rough play when we were kids and then subsequent tossing in storage, we lost a lot of parts (like the side doors, tinted windows, the cranes etc...)

Between the two we have one complete set of engine bells and landing gear, but side no doors

thankfully you can get spare parts on eBay or buy STL files to 3D print.
It's a pretty cool toy - Mattel went all out - until the show was canceled 6 months later in 1976 :(

Nice!

I have a pair of those from when I was a kid. My brother had one and I had one

, but have lost most of the parts like landing pads and engine bells. Was able to cobble together one full set between the two

I've seen this. I hope they make the goal. Some nice upgrades for sure.
