The Italeri kit seems pretty good for flash so I'm not having as much hassle as you. I will let you know about any fit issues when I get there. Pantherman

Made a start finally. Decided to go with some PE beats for all the seats. Pantherman

Sealed up. Now comes: Putty-Putty, Sand-Sand.
The windows actually fit pretty well, I think I can fill in any crevices with paint.

Some of the PE parts are a complete mystery to me as to where they fit. The instructions are wrong and they don't seem to match any part of the chopper...... Pantherman

I'm really impressed with the Italeri kit, hardly any flash and most of it is a really good fit. Some parts the fit is a mystery, like the display fitting the front spars....... just cut it to where I thought it should go.

I bought the PE separately, not that the kit needs it as the details are really good. Pantherman
