What's on the workbench?

I'm interested to see what everyone currently has on the workbench. I myself have a clean slate to start 2025 with. My current plan is to build the Academy 1/350 USS Indianapolis CA-35 with the Pontos Models Advanced upgrade kit and Eduard PE sets as well.

I would really like to start the project as a group build of any Cruiser of the time period. However, I'm not sure how group builds work here at SMA.

Anyway, curious to hear about current projects on the workbench.

I have one in my stash, some variant of it may have been an early LRDG Pilot car in the Western Desert! I have a feeling mine has the wrong wheelbase though.

Kevin, that has got to be some of the best weathering/wear/lived in interior I have seen on an armored vehicle in some time. The rust is crazy good! It's a shame it's not a display piece itself. Do you have a build up post or more photos of the interior?

I've got to say the talent here is outstanding. You've got some serious chops with those 1/35th scale figures!

Ha, too kind. One is 'done'. The others are awaiting an unknown fate, in various stages of underpainting, to be used to hopefully 'learn' oils...

I just primed earlier some nice minis from Descent II, till past 24h I wont paint them, I'll start tomorrow evening.
