I'm interested to see what everyone currently has on the workbench. I myself have a clean slate to start 2025 with. My current plan is to build the Academy 1/350 USS Indianapolis CA-35 with the Pontos Models Advanced upgrade kit and Eduard PE sets as well.

I would really like to start the project as a group build of any Cruiser of the time period. However, I'm not sure how group builds work here at SMA.

Anyway, curious to hear about current projects on the workbench.

I'm working on a Tomcat 1/72 from Academy, an T55A 1/72 from Revell, an armor mech type armor vehicle, from the war game Dust, and a lot of figures from the dungeon crawler Descent II.

Must have a pretty big workbench...lol. That's a lot going on, really like the Tomcat!

Ooh! I need to know everything about it!

I have one in my stash, some variant of it may have been an early LRDG Pilot car in the Western Desert! I have a feeling mine has the wrong wheelbase though.

It will need a lot of scratch to look like this:

Thanks, it's the full interior kit. Still got aways to go before completion.
Kevin, that has got to be some of the best weathering/wear/lived in interior I have seen on an armored vehicle in some time. The rust is crazy good! It's a shame it's not a display piece itself. Do you have a build up post or more photos of the interior?

I'm getting myself organized after the holidays, will try and get a start on my Topolino, which I will revert to Italian usage, and getting up the courage to try oils on my Italian Horde!

I've got to say the talent here is outstanding. You've got some serious chops with those 1/35th scale figures!

Thanks again,
I got a thread going in the Armour section here on the forum. It starts from the beginning of the build up to now.
