Since it's done, there is no interest in posting it in the Gundam group buil, right ? 
The kit is the Master Grade Special 20th anniversary, coated, metalized, most of the time the nightmare of any modelers. I've got it for nothing, 10 years ago, at a convention, and build it in 2009 for a special occasion : the 30th anniversary of Gundam ! It was in 2009, we were the only ones in France to care about this kind of hommage to the greatest saga of all japanese animation. It was done two times, once in Japan Expo (a lot to move and exhibit, without real protection from the public) in july, a second time in Chibi Japan Expo, smaller but easier, in november.

For reference and scale, the book is a manga of GUNDAM THE ORIGIN published in french. If you know the size of it, you know some of the mechas here are HUGE.
I've build it in an hour or so, solving some issues with the parts coated that had to be cut, the cut part were too visible on the knees for example. That needed some extra help from the Gundam markers.
Since I didn't want to transforme it in the Wave rider mode, the extra parts (gears and so on) will be used for other projects.
I've used some of the stickers too, since some details needed to be there (some yellow details) and only had to mind about a cool pose to show this Zeta Gundam to the world !
The art box.
The art box is top notch, with an exact pose of the Zeta Gundam, the kit itself, on a picture on a cardboard, protecting the sprues.
What's hiding the box. A lot of coated sprues...

First steps are appealing, nothing else but cut the parts from the sprue, glue when necessary, check the articulations...
The Zeta Gundam is built, it can't wait to be part of the exhibition.
Before some mangas and DVD's of mine, some kind of recess...
