Academy 1/72 P-47D Saipan 1944

working on the Academy P-47D out of the box.
using the DKDecals Pacific Fighters Part III.
There is only 1 P-47D scheme in the decal sheet - aircraft from Saipan 1944.
Painted with Gunze painted (H11, H15, H74, H53)

last of the main painting on the rudder and horizontal stablisers.
hand painted the blue around the rudder and horizontal stablisers.

decalling complete. had to purchase another set of decals as a few got screwed up during application
