Thanks CTSpeedshop, getting some more work done, i think i found the product to make the fish tank here's a test with a seahorse inside and linkage for the carb's, only problem is I should have painted it all first then added the photo-etch, but I think I can brush paint the carb's around the linkage and then mask off the stacks to alclad, I guess you live and learn, in the future Ill paint before the photo-etch. Or I may just alclad it all and then pick out the carb's in a different color.
I believe I have found a color combo, I wanted to do a paint job with a lot of patterns, but with the detail in the beds and all the detail work in the interior, I did not want to make it look to gaudy, i have decided to go with a metallic root beer brown, with gold accents, may use a gel pen for pin striping that is if it ever dries.
Thank you CTspeedshop,
I was going to make the custom knock offs look like wood as the miniature pieces I am using are supposed to be wood but did not look good so I alclad them...
Just a tiny update as I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out the hydro line situation, not to happy with it so far but only have gotten this far after a week or so looking at set ups.
this is what I'm looking at for a hood ornament, and a better cleaner graphic for the hood.
