Just ordered 200 3mm White LEDs and 200 470 ohm resistors. Should last me a while. I figure I can always use clear paint to tint them if need be..instead of buying 200 of this and that color.

So this project waits until they arrive. 2-3 weeks.

I have made good results using the Tamiya clear paints. And if you want to change a clear LED do a diffus one, simply use flat clear paint. Works perfectly. No grinding needed..
