Thanks everyone! I am going to make a short tutorial on photo etch soon. I have come up with a few techniques that I know I have not seen before. So I will collect them all in one spot.

This build has taught me a lot!

Good tip for the PE brass, that stuff is quite hard to work with. I tried cutting it with a blade with predictably bad results. Ended up buying a specialized PE brass cutter from Xuron. Perhaps a waste of money!

I think the PE set will really make this a nice piece though.

Good job pushing through with all that PE...it can be a pain but in the end she'll be worth it.
