Soviet SU-85M Dragon kit

Looks awesome, Spud! I love the light shade of paint. Looks really cool. And the weathering is coming together:)

Looking smart spud like the figure as well you've got me in itching to get to my build

thanks gys, Geegad get back to it im itching to see how yours turns out

Very-very nice, Spud, you´ve got a beautiful SU, mate, truly… :D

The greenish colour looks great, lad…

… hey, wich colour have you used to do the chippin´? Maybe Vallejo German Camo Brown?? Either sponge technique or tiny brush?? Both?

Waiting for the bogies & tracks… ;)

Cheers, Spuddy. :)

Thanks jelly, the chipping is done with the new ak color for chipping, and to be Brutally honest there is very little difference between the German camo brown color and this. I will do a larger area comparison later and see just how much of a difference there is,

Oh sponge and small brush :)

thats a quality site saved in my bookmarks for future projects....and love the paint job spud the weathering is top notch as usual...

Pretty cool Spud,
Maybe a link or two, too many? The drive sprockets
are on the back on the T-34 series? Think that would
do it?
Very sharp looking none the less.

i have a plan to sort it out and it means some chop cut and restore......

Nope it's a little loose below the idler I'll try fix it tonight

Mmmm... Howdy Spuddy, mate ;) :D

It happened to me the same with the Modelkastens, but whe I attempted to take out two of the links, then it was impossible to put together again the ends of the tracks (then it became too short...). In my case I believe that it was a question of playing with the position of the idler wheel before gluing ot (of course, I had the idler wheel perfectly glued when this idea came to my mind).

Anyway you can always play with the shag over the bogies, Spud... I´m pretty sure that you´ll get a great finish, mate. ;)

Cheers :)
