Nah - It's only a thin layer of Aves .
Probably around 3-4 mm thick on average .
I was able to work the inside surface with a stick ( bamboo skewer poked thru from the opposite end ) -- the other end get's a totally different treatment , so that technique isn't required , or possible , for the " back-side " .
