Re: Adampolo13's BSC Thread
Thanks for the comments guys! Thanks for following along! Here's my daily update. Again, doesn't look like a lot but to me it's progress. ;D
I decided to start adding some of the smaller little pieces to the bird, things that couldn't easily break off. So I attached these thingies to the bottom. You will see white Vallejo filler in the little gaps. That stuff is great, water soluble and doesn't shrink much, great for really small areas like this.
Next up I decided to fill an EPM on the bottom on the landing gear. Nobody will ever see it but I couldn't let it be. OCD I guess... The reason it's clear is because I used CA to fill it.
Then came just a little bit of seam work on the tail. I've been going very slow, re-scribing rivets and masking off surface detail as I go along. I use black primer to check my progress.
After that I had the brilliant idea to add some more pieces to the underside, specifically a little antenna. I thought the gear was long enough to protect it. I was wrong. So... I decided to glue up the wheels... Now the antenna is safe.
After that it was time to clean up the workspace a bit.
And that's all she wrote for tonight. Thanks again!
