Name of Build: Omega 7 Helicarrier
Kit manufacturer: Revell/PGMS/various
Scale: 1/700
Description
Starting with the 1/542 Revell USS Saratoga and some extra bits, I went to build a custom "helicarrier" along the lines of what we saw in the Avengers.
The main kit hull was modded with styrene and bits to get the new profile.
Rear thrusters were added from syringes, balsa, and Aves.
The hoverfans were aircraft wheels mounted in balsa frames and detailed from there.
Markings were custom, or from PGMS
