I have that stuff in the Shop! I use it to seal my Air Ducts. Pretty sure it's a similar product? I guess it's time to cut a few strips for other uses! Thanks Again!

Things were getting a bit 'Distressing' today ;D

I've fitted most of the smaller parts to the front end ,then started into the damage,wear & rot ,This vehicle is going to look like its at the end of its hard life at the front .
So ..the guards were bent ,dented and damaged ,some parts were broke ,one of the drop sides has been bent ..this will be tied up with rope later on ( the sides are not fixed on yet ) The bonnet/hood was battered up and a dent put in the top ,grille surround was done too ,and the mesh sides have been ripped up/bent in places

Thanks guys , hoping for paint at the weekend ,still need to run some pipes on the chassis ,make the exhaust ,add more welds ,detail the engine....and thats just the bottom side ??? ...its all good

Hi folks


Little bit more done The whole thing has been stripped and Im back on the chassis ,first up I made up a dodgy looking silencer and tail pipe ,it may not be completely correct ,but there isnt too many good pics of them ,so its as close as ...I reckon .



Looks ok in place ,still need to add the support straps (which has now been done ) ,its not fixed in place ,I'll do that after painting the chassis.



The engine had the missing fan belt made from foil and then the water pipe and fan were fitted .



And finally moving to the rear ,more welds added ,some plumbing from the air tanks ,and the winch fitted .



The engine,gearbox & fuel tanks will come out for painting .....next ;D

Spud ,the wire is actually sparkplug wire for 1/24 cars stays whatever shape you bend it
