Tamiya Ducati 916

This is a very nice kit. I really enjoyed building it. I love what you have going so far.
Thanks. It is a nice kit. Colours might not be correct as using my vallejo to get close but as long as it's close enough that will do for me. Didn't like the black wing mirrors so fitted them early and sprayed them red. Pantherman

FYI. Some trouble areas I had were installing the grips and the steering rod (very delicate). Patience is the key here

I am glad to see you build a bike Pantherman. Anything you build is wonderful to see. I look forward to see the finished product. I am currently working on a Tamiya Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP. Motorcycles have become my favorite subject to build.

Thank you for your kind comments, very much appreciated. I do like the way this is coming together so I might have to get another to keep it company on the shelf. Pantherman

The fireblade looks cool, severely tempted. Pantherman

Really getting into this now. Pantherman

Lookin' good. One suggestion: The phillips head screws are always a distraction on these 1/12 Tamiya kits. (No 1/1 bike is held together with screws.) These can be replaced with the appropriate diameter of AL tube. Then top with an after market scale fastener.
The tubes work great. Glued properly they are sturdy and the front fork will still swivel.

Thanks. Always happy to get suggestions. Pantherman
