Spud is right... your forgetting about the fun factor, at least you have the guts to show them your build not some people who thinks this is only for the best not for noobs.

I do also want to open a new kit but I kept them lock need to finish the pending builds :

I tend to disagree with that part... we had the same issue here right... but still the admin had close the door and instructed as to build... and your also one of the advocate that there should be a change in one category that it should be a new kit, I hope you don't forget what you have said... your a Master Modeler that's why your in the Special Build section, and everybody has that chance

Just an example I place 4th place last year here in the armor category even though I just started again the hobby merely 6 months after I don't know how many years I haven't touch a kit.

the comp were doing is simple rust, dust or both. the sma contest should be left out of the topic until it kicks off and we see what scot and guys have changed If any at all. i think we should leave it at that before we upset anyone.

Ok ....I dont want to get into that debate again here .

I will simply say ....I dont consider myself a 'Master Modeller ' by any means ...far from it there are much better modellers around than me .
The reason I entered this competition is simply to give a little support to another small site and to have a bit of fun with some friends ..some of which I do and Im sure Spud does ...consider to be Master Modellers , I dont really care weather I win or lose ...its simply a bit of fun .But I see nothing wrong with putting a bit of extra effort in to have a go !

Yes I did say that there could be a few changes made to the BSC and as I mentioned Im sure that will get looked at at some point .BUT ,that has nothing to do with this build or thread or competition ,So without trying to be rude or nasty to anyone I would appreciate it if that was left to discussion elsewhere . I simply wanted to share another build which I have on the go which happens to be entered into a comp not connected with this site .

I've seen the site but I don't seem to get the rules straight... :'(

for example I have already have a kit ready for the weathering and its already base painted brown? would that quality?

seems like I do the same people there ;D
